At Teddy Bear Universe, we receive many requests each year for donations and participation in events.

While we would love to support every good cause, we must focus our efforts where they can have the greatest impact.

We give priority to donations that bring comfort to children and families facing illness, hardship, or difficult life circumstances — with a particular focus on organizations and events within the local communities where our stores are located.

Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to contribute to raffles, auctions, or events that do not align with these priorities. Only selected organizations will be contacted.

All donation requests must be submitted in writing to info@universtoutou.com and must include the type of donation requested, the date of the event, the name of the organization, and contact information.

To help us fairly evaluate each request, please include details on how Teddy Bear Universe’s participation will be acknowledged or promoted as part of your initiative.

Requests are reviewed twice a year and must be received no later than March 31 or September 30 to be considered for the following period.
