The Group Packages package is a creative activity designed for schools, daycares (CPEs), day camps and organizations that want to offer kids an original experience. We provide all the materials so every participant can build, stuff and personalize their own plush right at your location.
The activity is easy to organize and adapts to groups of all sizes. It's perfect for pedagogical days, summer camps, theme weeks, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Easter activities, year-end celebrations, graduations, pajama days, animal and nature activities, and recognition or reward programs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can an Univers Toutou animator run the activity at our location?
With the Group Packages, you receive all the materials needed to run your own workshop independently. Depending on the area, Univers Toutou can provide workshop animation for an additional cost based on group size. Please contact us directly for more information.
Can we pick up our order in store?
Yes — orders can be picked up free of charge at our Quartier DIX30 store (Brossard). For pickup at Galeries de la Capitale (Québec City) or Mont-Tremblant, please contact us directly.
Can we return unused plush animals if a child doesn't show up?
For hygiene reasons, plush animals that go unused during an activity unfortunately cannot be returned. We recommend keeping them for a future activity.
Are 40 cm plush animals available with the Group Packages?
Yes — the Group Packages comes in a 20 cm format ($16.50 + taxes) and a 40 cm format ($39.99 + taxes).
Do you deliver to remote areas/regions?
Yes. We ship with Canada Post, so we deliver across the country. Additional fees may apply for some remote regions.
Is it possible to order individual units?
The minimum number of plush animals for the Group Packages is six (6). Beyond that minimum, each plush model can be ordered individually.
What can we do with the T-shirt included in the Group Packages?
Several options: have your institution's logo printed directly by Univers Toutou; let the kids draw on the T-shirt with fabric markers (available from Univers Toutou); write the name the child gave their plush; or simply dress the plush in its white T-shirt.
Can we choose the themes of the magic hearts that come with the plush animals?
We send a mix of magic hearts with five (5) themes: kindness, friendship, love, courage and loyalty. You can also choose a single theme when placing your order.
What is the deadline to place an order?
To ensure your plush choices are available, order ideally at least two (2) weeks before the activity. We recommend including a list of alternate choices in case a model isn't available in time.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
The Group Packages price is already adjusted for groups of all sizes, to keep the activity accessible to as many as possible. For exceptional orders, contact us.
How long does the activity last?
Plan for about 45 to 60 minutes: the total time varies with how you run the activity and each child's dexterity.
How can we promote the activity?
We provide a downloadable support file to help you plan and promote your activity. Write to us at info@universtoutou.com to receive it.
Your plush friend's birthday gift?
On your plush friend's birthday, come back to the store to receive a gift for it. A reminder email will be sent; otherwise, just bring your plush's passport or your purchase receipt to the store.
